Diablo Valley Literacy Council serves immigrant adult English learners in the central Diablo Valley area of  Concord, Martinez, Pleasant Hill, Clayton, Pacheco, Walnut Creek, and Lafayette. We do not have tutors for the San Ramon Valley, Pittsburg/Antioch, or Richmond areas.

Martinez Adult School offers several free classes for adult ESL learners. Click links for Schedule of Classes, Night School Mondays or Wednesdays, Online Course with meetings on Zoom, Basic Computer Skills Monday or Wednesday afternoons, Communication Skills Tuesday or Thursday afternoons, or US Citizenship Tuesday afternoons.

Monument Impact at 2699 Monument Blvd, Concord also offers several workforce development programs for immigrants including ESL classes. Click here for information about their other services. They have special programs for people over the age of 55.
